In its “31 Days, 31 Ways” special coverage, the Texas Tribune is dedicating August to highlight 31 pieces of important legislation from the recent 84th Texas Legislature. One of the thirty-one is the new Ombudsman position created as a safeguard for Texas’ foster children.
